On October 14th, the day the message was recorded, another consumer made a note that he was aware that the plaintiff was on vacation..... Everyone knew from the message that the plaintiff was on vacation.....except for the D R Horton's attorneys who pulled a fast one.	The email in which Marquez claims to not have my cell number.  They had it for 18 months as admitted in other court documents, and within dozens of records in their possession.
The reason for all that haste to hold the hearing on October 21st is that I was to come back from vacation on October 21st.  It would be much easier for D R Horton if I weren't there to protest.	Regarding a third lie: Missud's loan was "approved" by DHI Mortgage predatory agent Mason's very own hand written notation on January 5, 2004.
On October 5, 2005, D R Horton attorney Joel Odou certifies to a government official that the loan was only "preliminarily approved."	The first paragraph is interesting....Not only did DHI try to fraudulently cancel my contract, but they fraudulently violated federal laws regarding over 100 other consumers across the nation...see them at drhortonsucks.info, drhortonfraud.com.
D R Horton reverses itself AGAIN, this time in that "frivolous" case.  Apparently, final approval of the loan did occur way back in November 2004.	Why then did D R Horton try to cancel my contract and take my deposits on February 12, 2004, the same date that I informed them that I preferred Wells Fargo?
In a fourth count of perjury, most D R Horton attorneys lie about the non receipt of information.  They have done this across the nation to ignore you in hopes you go away.  This attorney has been caught red handed.	The Federal USPS backs me up that Court officer Odou, who has taken oaths of candor and honesty, has received the mailings.
My dated and time stamped store receipts back me up that D R Horton received a CD burned that morning and sent with the information.	I even sent copies to the BBB and granted D R Horton access to the file in anticipation that they would claim non receipt of the documents which outline MAJOR nationwide construction defects which are caused by D R Horton's corner cutting, cost saving measures.  Of course they want to ignore these documents....more next page.........
