D R Horton's attorney/clowns still claim non receipt of the files.	A fifth count of perjury by D R Horton and their attorneys.  This time they claim that they didnt file a complaint with the California State Bar in retaliation for my exposing their RICO and other Federal crimes......
Yet another warning that D R Horton will file with the California Bar.....	D R Horton's threats have come to fruition.  But D R Horton attorneys claim that they filed on their own behalf and not for the benefit of D R Horton.........
Guess what...I found a third letter whereby D R Horton uneqivocally states that they will direct their attorneys to file with California's Bar.  The perjurious statements already made under oath are filed with the court........	D R Horton is now back peddling and is desperate to have this third letter dismissed as hearsay....but its an admission by the defendant!  D R Horton has buried itself in its own lies to state government, state courts and now Federal Court.
D R Horton has been threatening for years to file defamation suits against me.  Defamation is the publication of false statements.  Where the libel is clear on its face such as the imputation of criminality, it is instantly actionable.  However...........truth is an absolute defense.
